I’ve just moved into a new house and under the sink has clearly been leaking for some time, have turned the water off but the water damage is excessive. Need the cupboard ripped out and replaced. Door knob installation - we will have the knobs to be installed ready for you. We tried to DIY, but found that the doors have smaller holes than required... so you will need to bring own tools to drill the appropriate sized holes on the door for the installation.. Jobs required for: - Four bedroom/bathroom doors (Lane Black Matte Pivyt Privacy Leverset) - one front door(Liberty smart lock) - one backyard door and one garage door (Liberty smart touch lever lock) - Ikonic striker plates to all doors above (this also needs to have bigger holes drilled) 2. Backyard door repair - when closed, it gets stuck and tricky to open sometimes.. 3. Toilet door installation including door knob - if the door needs to be purchased from nearby bunnings and be transported please.. photo of the door attached. Bunnings website says it is available at acacia ridge which is 5 mins away from my place. I will have the door knob and hinges ready... All door knobs, smart locks, hinges and striker plates will be ready for you to install... we just need someone who has tools to drill holes and fix the door and quote for the labour essentially.
