We have installed new tiles around the swimming pool area, our tiler advised that some joints/gaps between tiles with angles and around existing coping needs to have a silicone-like sealant applied to it. He advised using Sikaflex for this job. He already grouted the gaps that doesn't require sealant applied to. The sections requiring sealing is around 65m. Seeking quote for material + labour. Looking for someone to fix a black aluminium gate that’s slightly misaligned and not latching properly. The gate is mounted between two concrete pillars and swings on hinges.
