Unsure of budget but we’re already spending thousands on the renos so hoping it’s nothing too expensive to get someone’s assistance. We are getting our bathrooms renovated. Both upstairs and downstairs. We live in a Queenslander house. Upstairs bathroom isn’t massive but can fit toilet, vanity & bath and has 3m high ceilings. We’re absolutely stuck on tiling and what colours to use and whether we tile just half the walls for upstairs etc. Never done this before and would love someone to help. We’ve already got builders in place but just need to provide design and then we need to organise tiles etc.

I have 2 awnings on the front of my house (one level up). They are operated from the inside by using a tape in a ratchet. Last week one of the tapes snapped causing the awning to fully extend and jump out of its brackets above the windows. I need the rolled up awning raised and inserted into the brackets (a two person job?) and the tape on the awning replaced (I think there is enough good tape left to reuse - I haven't been able to source new tape.)
