Find an experienced handyman in Yeronga

The black socket that the light old screws into has snapped off my table lamp. It needs a replacement socket.

We require an experienced handyman/chippy to remove a sliding door, and install a hinge door on a therapy room in our psychology practice in Yeronga. We require the job to be completed by Friday Sunday 28th June (Invoice will be paid by June 30th and EOFY). The space can only be accessed on Friday nights (after 5pm), Saturdays (after 5pm) or Sundays (all day). We acknowledge that different parts of this job will happen on separate days so this job may need to spread out over 2-3 Sundays. The door must be operational for the week ahead (even if it is not aesthetically pleasing). Please see details below for what is required: - Remove sliding door (including tracks) - Install hinge door (with passage set) - Purchase from bunnings & install - door, passage set black door handle, raven door sweep - Remove small shift shelf from wall (where door will open back to * featured in pictures*) - Patch, sand and paint walls affected by the door exchange - Removal of all rubbish, tidy up between each site visit We can provide a site visit for measuring on the week of 8th June. ** paint will be provided by us as we already have a bucket

The ceiling fan doesn't work. Not sure if it's a ceiling fan or power switch problem. Dishwasher comes on but stops after 30 seconds. I need someone to look at these things and then determine how to fix. Best if you give me an hourly rate.
