General repair of small holes and paint touch up

Wanting to install smart film/PDLC film (opacity changing film) on 4 window panels, 2000mm x 1100mm. Please quote for supply as well as install. If you can perform the electrical work as well that’s great, if not no worries. If it matters, the windows are installed in sliding doors. Quote is ballpark as I’m not really sure on the pricing for this work, if it’s wildly off please don’t think I’m a cheapskate 😂

A bunch of household fixes - Front gate is off its bracket. Side gate too hard to close (think one side has come untethered from garage). Handle that takes too much force always comes loose. Door won't stay shut, something is slightly out of place. The deck balustrade feels loose, needs checking/fixing. Photos attached.

I’ll be able to do any painting myself afterwards.

The bottom of the living room window frame has deteriorated (see attached photos) — it looks like water or moisture damage. I’m looking for a skilled handyman or carpenter to inspect, repair or replace the damaged section, and ensure the finish matches the existing frame.
