Hey I need to some repairs done around my house as in Walls painted, Curtains fixed (frame + panels), Wall hole patch up, broken door handles

Had to change the description….. Have two small holes (no more than a 1.5inch) and a paint damage (1.5inch from a 3M tape) on a wall which is around 15ft x 7ft with a large window. So the actual wall size is small(2nd picture). Need those fixed and paint matched in order to get the end of lease bond. The the full amount must be returned. Was going to do it today (27/05) but the key can’t be obtained untill this Saturday around 10:30. So we have to do that on Saturday after 10:30 AM.

there are 4 clinic rooms which need door seals attached to the bottom. There are glass windows next to each door which we have frost window paint to spray on. We also need 3 pictures to be installed on the walls. Will need recommendations for a gap in our wall. most materials are on site but will need recommendations. We are seeking an hourly rate of $90 as this work will be brief.

Wanting to install smart film/PDLC film (opacity changing film) on 4 window panels, 2000mm x 1100mm. Please quote for supply as well as install. If you can perform the electrical work as well that’s great, if not no worries. If it matters, the windows are installed in sliding doors. Quote is ballpark as I’m not really sure on the pricing for this work, if it’s wildly off please don’t think I’m a cheapskate 😂

A bunch of household fixes - Front gate is off its bracket. Side gate too hard to close (think one side has come untethered from garage). Handle that takes too much force always comes loose. Door won't stay shut, something is slightly out of place. The deck balustrade feels loose, needs checking/fixing. Photos attached.
