Help, kitchen sink blocked

2 x curtain holders (on one side only) have come off the walls of my kids 2 bedrooms. I need a handyman to re-attach them to the wall please. I tried to do it myself but was unable to do it. I am happy to putty and paint the walls myself where the other holes are, but I need someone to drill new holes and reattach the curtain holders to the walls.
