Looking for a handyman to fix the trim above my garage door. Left side: timber trim needs to be removed and the cement sheet trimmed shorter. Right side: my DIY attempt didn’t turn out well, so the cement sheet needs repairing or replacing.

We bought a new door handle to replace a broken one, and it looks like the hole requires widening on door so new door handle can be installed. Pretty sure a handyman with the right drill bits will be able to install this without too many problems. We have the new door handle ready to go - see attached photos. Flexible on times, but ideally between 9am and 2pm weekdays.

We are looking for someone to fix and repaint 5–6 damaged spots on the wall. A previous person attempted to repair them, but the result was not good and the damage is still quite visible, so we are now looking for someone else to redo the work properly. We already have matching paint in the same colour.

An existing pine sleeper retaining wall is showing some age and needs a corner vertical plank replaced and re-cemented to ground as support. Perhaps replace some existing horizontal plansk also.
