I have 18 stairs, a platform, and another 8 sets of stairs that I ordered several pieces of metal handrail which come with all the bits and pieces and need someone to install them for me. They're not modular, so each piece needs to be installed thinking ahead for the next piece installation so the finish looks good. We have 17 boxes of these handrails. Attached are some photos of the handrail and the area for further clarification. Happy to pay a total or an hourly rate.

I need help with someone painting our front door with some form of protective paint as it was installed by bunnings but needs the paint to precent rain damage. Our bathroom door is scraping on the bottom and wont close so was hoping someone could come tighten the screws so it sits upright and can open and close with no issues. Our bedroom door seems to have a bit of trouble closing without a bit of force as though the wood has expanded or maybe the hinges have moved its position. Want someone to fix that either if its sanding the door slightly or adjusting the door screws to fix it.

We would like to replace it with a new one that has a key lock. - towel holder has come off wall leaving a sizeable hole that we need patched up and the other side of it removed from the wall too.(the previous owners fixed the towel holder into gyprock. - some small holes in wall need sanding and patching. - towel holder has come off tile wall in bathroom and needs to be fixed back onto the wall. - there is a screw missing from a kitchen cupboard handle that needs to be replaced. - 2 light bulbs need replacing.
