Need all window frames sanded to original wood. I’m preparing for painting Someone fit and knows what they are doing. Around 7 windows. I have a drill sander to make job easier. Please no broken windows. Someone that has experience to be careful of the glass. Location Runaway Bay.

Installation of 3 ceiling fans with dimmable lights. 2 will be replacing a central oyster light in bedrooms. 1 is to replace an existing a/c fan (to be removed also), however we would like to move just this fan location across about 50cm to center to the room.
