Flyscreen on bedroom window is popping/coming out of the window frame and needs to be properly refitted and secured. I’m not sure whether the existing flyscreen frame just needs adjusting/resecuring or whether any clips/parts need replacing, so looking for someone experienced with flyscreens/windows who can assess and fix it properly. I’m looking for someone experienced with installing pet doors into metal security screen doors. I already have the new larger doggy door (Hakuna Pets Essential Pet Door ) ready to go. The existing smaller pet door needs to be removed and the screen modified to fit the new one. Job details: * Remove existing small dog door. * Enlarge the opening in the metal security mesh. * Install the new larger dog door. * Ensure it is secure, tidy, and operates properly. Installation of 3 ceiling fans with dimmable lights. 2 will be replacing a central oyster light in bedrooms. 1 is to replace an existing a/c fan (to be removed also), however we would like to move just this fan location across about 50cm to center to the room. I need help putting up a flat-packed reception counter and a mobile change room plus a few other smaller jobs. I will be helping and I estimate it to take no longer than 3 hours. Timing on the day is flexible. It will just need to be complete by 5pm, so you could arrive anytime between 9am - 2pm.
