Hello, I have an approximate 3x3m area of ceiling damaged from leak in roof and termite damage that led to it collapsing. Roof and termites fixed. There is one part of the beam that has too much damage and have been told by builder to add a short additional piece next to it so the ceiling can attach at that spot. In the same room I also need redone about 10m of skirting which was removed for termite treatment. Just need the beam and plastering done, no painting.
