Hello, We need these few holes plastered

Kids pushed a bedroom door too hard, and the plastic stopper bent and the door knob went through the wall. Plasterboard wall with timber framing. I need someone to come and plaster and repair this hole. I will organise painting of the wall another day - so just plaster repairs please.

I'm looking for someone to frame up and plasterboard a frame for a recessed 3 sided electrical fireplace. We will finish it off with stone, but just need the frame constructed and plasterboard applied. The Framing will need to be 1.38m wide and .25m deep x 2.9m tall, with a recess for the Fire place which is 8cm deep x 48cm high x 108cm wide. With a 2.4m oak shelf panel that goes around the base of the fireplace like the pictures.

We currently have a timber balustrade with a cut out step, but we'd like to replace it with a 3/4 height wall and a solid floor with no cut in step. We need someone to frame and plasterboard a 1.7m high by 2.5m long wall, to remove the step and have the floor be returned to all one height and a single external step be constructed (that our floor installer will clad later) If you can set and plaster the wall ready for painting, even better. Job is in Maudsland.
