Remove ceiling and insulation. Then install new 10mm gyprock . Remove and replace cornices . Set Finnish ready for painting. Make wall good. Sand uneven areas . Remove nail picture hangers. Fill some holes. Fill areas around some windows with small areas gyprock missing. paint all walls and ceilings.

Overlay damaged gyprock ceiling with new layer 6mm . Supply and install 55 sqm on floor. Also replace some architraves. Sand and make ready for painting .

I need a small hole in my wall to be patched

A small pantry in our apartment in Southport had a mould issue due to water leak. The mould has been professionally treated and removed by Mould Men and the leak has been fixed also. I’m needing the internal wall to be remastered and to have skirting boards to be supplied and installed within this pantry. I’ll attach photos, including the current profile of skirts we have in the apartment.
