The cornice in my bedroom is very uneven and needs replacing. There are a few nails in the ceiling showing due to movement. 1 cornice in the adjacent dining room needs sealing with silicone. And I have a large gouge in my wall behind my bed that needs repairs. I have no idea what this would cost but am open to quotes.
