We have plaster on the walls and need someone to set the joins. Some will come to a bead stop.

We need a full make good on our studio space in Burleigh Heads before handing the premises back. Scope: - Demolish and remove internal plaster/stud partition walls from two rooms - 7m x 8m and 6m x 6m. Walls are 3.2m high, with some sections up to 6m high - Remove 2 x split system air conditioners (indoor heads, outdoor units, pipework and brackets) and make good all penetrations - Remove suspended ceiling - grid, tiles and hangers - approx. 90m² across both rooms - Remove external signage/logo from the front of the building and make good the facade - Patch and make good ceiling, floor, walls and facade where anything was fixed - Sand and prep to a paint-ready finish - All debris and waste removed from site and disposed of Details: - Ground level, direct access with garage access to. 3 carparks available - Work can be done any day and time — we're flexible You'll need: - ARC licence (or a licensed refrigeration tech on the team) for the split system decommissioning - Own tools, dust protection and drop sheets - Public liability insurance and an ABN - Experience with commercial make goods preferred Images of the before and afters attached, so you can see how to return to natural state. We had a bit of a hiccup with a forklift at work and have damaged the inside of a wall (images attached). Wall was impacted from the outside causing the wall inside to crack and be slightly pushed outwards. May need to remove some shelves to properly fix the damage. Preferred fix during work hours (ballpark 7:00am - 4:00pm). Both sides are very damaged and need fixing. The inside wall is more concerning as it appears to be pushed outwards. If you need any additional information/photos, please let me know and I can send them through.

Please see photo. We want to paint primer over our existing wallpaper and re-wallpaper the area. We have the new wallpaper and someone to refit the wallpaper. We do need some sheet at the bottom that need replacing and plastering then priming
