My front house gate has a handle that is sagging - guessing the spring needs replacing. I don’t have these parts. I would also like a roller latch installed on my front door in addition to the existing lock - I will supply this.

The hinge on my aluminium screen door has come loose and the rivets appear to be broken. It likely needs drilling out the old rivets and installing new ones with a rivet gun. Photos attached.
