It seems a plaster fixture according with some specialists. 1 blinder rail to be fixed: I think the blinds support just needs to be screwed back in the ceiling. It need to fix the little holes in the concrete as I believe it is too loose and thus, the screws cannot be permanently fixed on the wall. However, I would like to add another layer for extra curtains if possible. So I would have curtains and blinders in the balcony and bedroom windows. This will have to be checked on site as I’m unsure about the space needed to add another rail. Thus, extra will be paid in case possible. Make sure you have laders. See pic for pool ladder that needs removal. It is connected only at top via 2 metal tubes cemented into the the tiles/slab. Task is to cleanly cut and remove the ladder at the top 2 tubes, the metal cut to sit just below the flush line of the tiles, and then you will need to insert a flat plastic or metal plugs that fit cleanly in the 2 metal tube holes left behind (you need to find the correct plugs that will sit flat and flush with tile level, we will pay supplies for that if you show receipt) All work is done on dry section of pool there is no work to be done in water. Take off the old door and install replacement door that I have ready on site. Need to switch over the handles (if the new 2 door handle holes do not line up with the old latches then will need to cut new latching into steel frame with grinder etc. Can do any week day between 9am and 2pm - Due date: Flexible

2 doors are sticking at the top of the frames. We thought the issue is likely caused by loose hinges, and tightened the hinges, but we still see the same issue. A door stuck in the middle of the frame. Most likely it is the result of a loose strike plate. Also, a door that's sticky in any other part of the frame may be a swelling issue caused by high humidity levels. - Due date: Needs to be done on Tuesday, 23 January 2024

I have two relatively heavy picture frames to hang (5kg & 10kg). I also have a heavy mirror I'd like to hang on another wall - I can help lift this when ready. I think the walls are plasterboard or drywall which is why I'm not confident in how hooks/setup to use for hanging such heavy and fairly expensive items. I bought a Tourer Rooftop Tent today, and at the store, they said they could not fit it, but they did strap the box on top of my car. So now I have a rooftop tent inside its box attached to the top of my car. I need someone able to have it fitted properly. It's supposed to be an easy, quick job. It's just that I fear not being strong enough to even take it off its packaging. The tent comes with everything needed for its set up.
