I had some electrical work done recently which required some intercoms / power points etc. to be moved and some new fans installed. This resulted in some holes being left in the walls which I'd like plastered up so I can have them repainted. The photos are indicative of the work. In short: lift 2 panels each 125kg, carry them 15m, go up one 200m step, and then lift them into place which is 700mm off the ground. In detail: We are doing a renovation and have 2 glass block wall panels to lift into 2 internal window spaces that are 700mm off the ground, between the hall and the living room. The panels that need lifting each have 50 glass blocks in them plus a frame and mortar making them about 125 kilos each. It took 3 average men to get them into a trailer and then off the trailer into our garage from where we originally bought them. The panels are 2056 x 1055 including the aluminium frame. They need to move from inside the far side of the double garage, through the internal garage door (width 810mm, height 2020mm), up 1 step into the house that is 200mm high, then across the hall and into the hallway internal window. The window is 15m from where the glass block panels are stacked leaning against the wall in the garage.

Will need about 4-5 sheets of gyprock plastering worth of work done . And some cornice work and some patching . A days work and sanded . Can send photos and dimensions

Handyman wanted. Replace sink washer. Replace bedroom door handle. Repair/fix two holes one in bedroom one in the garage. Must be competent. Thinking hourly rate $50 per hour plus materials.

I need you to fix new palings to a fence, make a mini deck on a current base, put the framing up for the shed base, hang a couple of heavy paintings inside, fix some hinges in the kitchen. Minimum 3 hours. I should have all the necessary materials but not the tools. Person needs to be handy :)

Rubber seal has come loose. Need it put back on. Could take 5 mins if you’re handy?
