Hello, We are looking for a licensed QLD Electrician to attend our retail store, in Pacific Fair, to diagnose and repair a flickering track light. The Issue: One of the black, cylindrical track spotlights on our main sales floor is constantly flickering. This is disruptive to the store's atmosphere and needs to be resolved. The Job: The task is to find the cause of the flickering, perform the necessary repair, and provide spare parts. The scope of work includes: 1. Safely accessing the light fitting on the high ceiling track (a suitable ladder is required). 2. Diagnosing the cause of the flickering (e.g., faulty LED unit, failing driver, or a loose connection). 3. Supplying and installing a new, like-for-like replacement track light fitting if the existing one is faulty. 4. Supplying an additional two (2) spare track light fittings of the same model and leaving them with the store team for future use. 5. Testing the repaired light to confirm it is fully operational and no longer flickers. * Light Specification: See attached photo of label Requirements: - MUST be a fully licensed and insured QLD Electrician. - You must have your own tools, including an A-frame ladder appropriate for a high commercial ceiling. - The contractor must be able to source and supply a total of three (3) specific light fittings (SAL STR9017/15TC/BK) - one for installation and two as spares. Location & Timing: Location: Ground Lvl, Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, Hooker Blvd, Broadbeach QLD 4218 When: The job can be completed at your earliest convenience. Hi there I have an old Lg split system that has stopped working. The outside unit works (fan spins) only the indoor unit has stopped turning on fan. It flashes red light 8 times then pauses on repeat. Looks electrical. Don’t want to waste money on quoting I’d rather pay someone for parts and repair if they know a supplier of LG parts.

The fan outside is not spinning. The aircon is not cooling.

We are looking to relocate our NBN from its current location to a more convenient place. New location is downstairs and already has an old coaxial connector, not sure if it works though. I will also need a CAT6 cable run from the new location to living room. This will require cable and faceplates. Open for suggestions, either NBN Box relocation, or wire a few CAT6 socket with cables to different rooms (Either should work for our network setup.) This is a double story home.
