Looking for a licensed electrician to attend two sites (Ormeau and Calamvale, South Brisbane corridor) to assess and repair a number of electrical issues. Scope of work includes: Site 1 – Ormeau: Faulty light switch (reception area) 2 downlights not working (hallway) Surgery room – 1 light not working, another intermittent Surgery room – 3 out of 4 lights not working Lunch room – 1 light not working Site 2 – Calamvale: Multiple lights requiring replacement (models to be confirmed) Damaged electrical power points (photos available) What we’re looking for: Licensed electrician Ability to diagnose and repair faults (not just bulb replacement) Able to advise if fittings/drivers need replacement Clean, professional work suitable for a clinical environment Notes: Photos can be provided for all items Some issues may be simple replacements, others may require troubleshooting Happy for this to be completed in one visit or staged if needed Budget: $600 (estimate for labour) Open to adjustment based on site inspection and parts required Ongoing work: We operate multiple sites across South Brisbane, so there is strong potential for ongoing maintenance work for the right person.
