The rubber (?) grip on the handbrake handle of my 2007 Saab needs repairing/ restoring.

Please cut the metal bars off of the 2 screen doors, not damaging the fly wire underneath. They are joined by some kind of metal clip to the door frame so metal cutting tool would be needed. One has come loose and has damaged wire slightly already (see photos). Many thanks.
