am looking for an experienced handyman to assist with the following maintenance tasks at my property: 1. Post Removal & Landscaping: Remove the black metal post shown in picture. The area needs to be filled with sand/soil to match the surrounding ground level. 2. Roof Tile Repair: Repair 3 roof tiles that have visible cracks. Please refer to image, for the current condition. 3. Exterior Wall Repair: Fix 2 spots where the exterior wall paint is peeling. See image.png for reference. Requirements: • Please provide a quote for the total job. • Mention your experience with similar handyman or roofing tasks. • Ideally, bring your own tools and necessary materials for the patch repairs.

Hi, I need a handyman to help install two blinds that I purchased from BlindsOnline. They are click-fit blinds, so no special tools or drilling should be required. The blinds were replaced by the company after the first set arrived with incorrect measurements. The new ones are here, but I am having trouble getting them to click properly into place.
