Tile roof caps need preparation for roof painting. Caps are secure but need the cracks ground and sealed. Material (sealer) provided. Bring your own tools.

Remove through wall aircondioner frame up hole plasterboard and replace cement sheet weatherboard on exterior. 90x45 framing and silver sarking , plasterboard joint tape and filler are the only materials I have. Plasterboard 1m square and cement sheet planks for outside required by you.

We are moving out of our warehouse and need to remove our festoon lights and streamer install. It’s 2 stories high. Will need a huge painters ladder or scissor lift. We have used both previously.

Install cornice in main bathroom
