Find an experienced handyman in Main Beach

I'm looking for an experienced painter or handyman to treat and repaint a bathroom ceiling in a short-term rental property in Main Beach on the Gold Coast. The ceiling has a water stain from a leak that originated from the unit above. The leak has been fixed and the ceiling has had over two weeks to dry out. The affected area appears structurally sound with no sagging or soft spots, so we do not need a full replacement we believe, just proper treatment and a quality repaint. You're welcome to go and inspect.

In one day I managed to have three accidents and several of the panels of my car are dented.
