Needing a licensed electrician or experienced handyman to swap my existing ceiling light with a chandelier. All the wiring is already in place, just need removal of current fixture and the chandelier installed. I’m unsure if it will need anchoring, the specifications say it weighs 0.7kg. Oh also, if also possible... I do need a ceiling hook installed elsewhere and a sign hung, I have the pieces needed for that already.

I have a soft close kitchen draw that is broken and the draw won’t close and keeps popping out. The company that produces the draw mechanism is no longer around. Standard Bunnings draw runners do not help. I need someone who can replace the runners with a suitable solution. I have posted pics of the old runners.

We are a yoga studio in Robina that require installation of wooden bars either mounted to the wall or a freestanding structure created that is then bolted into the floor.
