I want to get a deck built over the existing pavers in the walkway from my front gate to my front door using composite decking boards to match those of my back deck. The space measures 10m long x 1.45wide. Weed matting is required below the deck. An image of the decking at the back is provided. Note that decking is only required to the entryway and not to the area with the black paving to the side. Decking to be tried against the existing timber planter boxes along the one wall. I also need an existing glazed hardwood door, which closes off the entryway from my garage, trimmed as needed to allow for the deck and also to fit between the jambs. It is currently very slightly too wide and will need the lower edge trimmed to allow it to open outwards over the new deck. The door is solid timber.

Approx. 4m² of glued down vinyl plank flooring needs to be removed. The planks are firmly stuck down and difficult to lift, so please bring a sturdy metal scraper or spatula, as well as a heat gun or iron to help loosen the adhesive. Careful, clean work is essential. Must take extra care to protect the surrounding cabinets and surfaces.

I have a two storey house and there are some areas upstairs where the floor creaks a lot and would need some additional nails to stop the creaking. There are a number of places, but I estimate it is around 20sqm of area where it creaks in various locations. This would require lifting the carpet in certain places, fixing the issue, and then putting the carpet back in place. The stair case also creaks a bit and would need to be fixed, and access is possible underneath the wooden treads. - Due date: Flexible
