Quick repair of underlay and retuck carpet

Refinish approx 16m2 of timber flooring. Peroxide markings. Only 2m2 have the drip markings I foolishly let 6% peroxide drip on the floor.

Timber Flooring marked by 3% hydrogen peroxide. Needs fixing. I’ve tried scrubbing with water and soap.

I have the boards, they just need fitting. I also have a drop saw to cut to size.

I’m after a quote to remove existing floors and replace them with hybrid flooring or tile planks.

I have relatively new floorboards where my daughter has walked on eight steps and about 4 m of floorboard footsteps that need to be lightly sand and re-cleared as she had epoxy on her feet and we had to use paint stripper to remove the epoxy

232 sqm carpet removal and timber installation 108 sqm tile removal and hybrids installation 60 stairs installation timber

New concrete slab 5 days old, need qualified individual to grind and polish. Must have own tools please. Area is 10sqm as seen in photo. Would like it done today or tomorrow before 12pm. Not sure on pricing so quote accordingly please.

I need someone who would be able to cut and install some carpet on the bottom step of my staircase. I have the carpet, just need a skilled individual to help me out :)
