We are seeking expressions of interest to provide us with assistance to restore & rebuild our feature 100sq m deck. It has steel joints which have rusted a bit on top since installed around 15 years ago but are still sound. The top wood had rotted from being out in the elements so it has been removed along with all screws . we have started the process of restoring the steel (removing top layer of rust with flapper disc, then applying a rust inhibitor & 2pac protection) but due to the size of the deck (and only being able to work on weekends) we have realised we need assistance. Once the joists have been restored we are planning on laying Hardie Decking down on top, which is a concrete decking product (white ant & rot proof). Please contact us if you are able to assist with either the steel restoration, laying of the Hardie decking or both. Help me prep for painting townhouse

I would like someone to lay the laminate flooring in my second lounge room and entryway to blend in with our main lounge room. We had someone begin the job however is unable to complete the job due to family circumstances. There is no rush on timing to get the job done.
