Description: Looking for someone experienced in small timber floor repairs to fix a 15×15 cm dull/abraded patch on our kitchen floor. This is not a full-floor sand. The surrounding boards are in good condition. It may have come from a possum, we are not sure appeared overnight. The patch needs: • Light feather sanding to smooth the abraded area • Spot polyurethane recoat (satin/matte) to blend with existing finish • Colour/finish blending so the repair is not noticeable

Need an approx 1m length of new skirting board installed. I do not have the skirting board materials and these would need to be purchased as part of the job. Photos are included of the existing skirting board that needs to be matched into. It is approx 5cm high with a rounded top.
