Looking for someone to supply and install new skirting boards throughout my recently renovated garage/laundry in Stafford Heights. The walls have recently been plastered and painted, and the concrete floor has been done with a new epoxy flake coating. I’m after a simple modern square-profile skirting, approx 90mm high, preferably pre-primed. Wall lengths including 10% contingency: * 8.43m * 4.70m * 1.13m * 4.02m * 3.53m Total: approx 21.8 linear metres Installation to include cutting and fitting the skirting, neat joins/corners, scribing where required to account for minor variations or slope in the floor, filling nail/fixing holes and joins, and caulking/sealing along the top and bottom and any other edges or gaps. Please supply all skirting, adhesive, fixings, filler, caulk and other materials required. Skirting should be left finished and ready for painting which i’ll do myself.
