Hi, I am wanting a set of composite stairs built for my back deck. Happy to use eco decking from bunnings. Ready for this task to be completed asap. 1800 wide. Ill attach a photo for reference. No hand rail required as we will get this installed with glass. Photo of older stairs attached. These have been removed and new concrete had been poured since this picture. There is currently no balustrade or tiles on the deck.

Require a hybrid floor to be laid in a rumpus room approximately 30m2 on top of concrete which will require some preparation to make level.

Need person/s to reorganise furniture while we have new carpet installed. Must stay for duration of install.

Demo required Our downstairs flooring warped and the underlay was covered in mould so we ripped up the underlay and the laminate but to ensure it doesn’t happen again we need to remove all this hardwood bolted to the concrete We don’t have the skill or tools for this The bolts are 10mm We can dispose of the wood, and Nothing else is required

total 50 m2 of carpet to be replaced. Lounge = 15.5m2, Bed 1 = 13m2, Bed 2 = 10m2, Bed 3 = 7.5m2. Colour and style of carpet does not matter. Carpet can be used if in good condition - clean and undamaged

Double garage concrete flooring, would like epoxy flooring with flakes

110m2 (living, dining, hallways and 4 bedrooms) and 13 steps house with hardwood floor needs sanding and polishing. Upper floor, built in underneath so no draft through boards currently. Carpets have just come up so nail holes and maybe some floorboard gaps need filling. Carpet and gripper will all be removed prior to the job. Type and condition of wood pictured. The budget is random as we are seeking quotes - please make an offer that is appropriate for the size of the job :)

Our new home builder used skirting + scotia on hybrid flooring. We don’t like the look of the scotia, so want it removed and replaced with single skirting all around. This includes a solution for around an island bench.
