I desperately need a roughly 600mm high and 15-20m long besser block wall built and rendered in front of an existing timber retaining wall. The wall is seeping through water, causing my entertainment area to flood when it rains. This wall will need to be watertight and sealed. a 2m wide step will also need to be built. I need some help getting some wardrobe doors back on their runners (3 x doors) they have some off the runners so can fall out and would like them placed back on so it is safe and they close properly. I have approx 15msq of retaining walls I need rendered. I have prep’d with beading and all are ready to go. I can supply bagged render or sort out material costs of what is preferred, over and above the labour budget.

Needing a new balustrade on our back verandah as soon as possible as the current old 1950’s lattice is not safe. We have been quoted $4500 by two builders but neither can get it done until December which isn’t ideal with a kid around the house. The design we are after is 30mmx30mm pailings with 30mm gap in between. With a top horizontal rail around 100m wide (wide enough to put a coffee cup on.) Verandah is quite small- approximately 3m by 9m. We also need a gate at the top of the stairs to stop the little one from falling down. For privacy, one side of the verandah will have the vertical 30mmx30mm pailings going almost all the way up to the roof. We are happy to do all the painting we just need someone to build it. Paint rendered section of house

I have a small single brick column that needs to be repaired, more cinder blocks will be required to finish/square off to 1.8M height. The column will need to be core filled & rendered, ready for painting. We will supply a new letterbox to be installed within the column. Please attached photos. Have about 5 areas of cracks in render to be patched up. One or two patches are on level 1 (ie need ladder or trestle or other height access). I have a painter coming on Sunday 30th August so would be best to do this week (beginning 24th), however may have some time in the following two weeks so flexible with availability.

Render outside of above ground concrete Swimmimg Pool. Total area max is 18sqm (15m x 1.2m). Job required to be completed ASAP by Sun 10th of May. Previous experienced required.
