Silicon needs to be stripped off as much as possible . Screws need to be tightened and then high quality silicon filling needs to be placed over screws, around bracket edges and inside bracket gap. Location around Chermside area. Currently travelling. can drive to location if not too far. Thankyou. Pictures are available. Needs to be done a.s.a.p. Good skills with silicon is preferred.

Roof repair — antenna base removal and penetration seal (Colorbond roof) Description: I have a double-storey Queenslander in Chermside. A TV antenna broke off in a recent storm and has caused a small water leak into the upstairs corridor ceiling (small stain/pinhole). The roof is corrugated Colorbond. I need someone to: Safely access the roof and remove the broken antenna base and mounting hardware. Inspect and seal the mounting penetration holes using appropriate Colorbond-compatible sealant or patching. Check surrounding area for any additional damage from the storm event. Advise on condition of roof in that area. Please quote for roof work only. I will arrange ceiling repair separately once roof is confirmed dry. Must have experience with metal/Colorbond roofing.

Replace power points of bedroom and living room (8 provided by me) move internet wiring to another section of living room. Bathroom: Disconnect the bathrrom power points (2) before or on 6th Feb. Come and Rough in once demolition happens on 10th February for power point (2) and three in on light/fan/exhaust, two led down lights. Once sheets and tiles are in, install the products. Move the security camera wiring in the wall in the hallway. This can be done at the time of bathroom rough in.

We have a very heavy cabinet stored in a room and it needs to be moved to an alcove off kitchen in a small unit. Two people will be needed to shift it without damaging it or the new tiled floor. It is very heavy so the fixing to the wall will need to be solid, perhaps a batten. I can't photo it but it is called Valen 4 drawer wall unit from Domayne. Amount suggested is just because one was required for the task to be posted.

I live in a small 2 bedroom apartment unit in Chermside QLD. 1) I recently replaced my split system air conditioning unit. The installation left a small hole (4 cms x 1.5 cms). Is there something could be done to seal and cover the hole? It is a gyprock wall. I have attached some pictures of the hole. Also the old air con unit had a small screw left in the wall. Can we mask it with some plaster? 2)Also, I replaced my old window/glass door blinds recently. The old screws are still in the walls in 4 different locations. I have attached the picture of just one of them. I am hoping you can mask them with a plaster. 3) (Optional) Patch small crack in my laundry door. I think my laundry door is a MDF door. (not very sure) It is a 15 years old door. If you can't do this, don't worry. Weekdays (Thursday preferred, but i am flexible) or weekends are okay. Please avoid very early morning timings if you could.
