Needing 3 power points installed into my garage

Electrical Work Required 1. External Weatherproof Power Point – Repair/Replacement The external weatherproof power point is no longer working and the switch cannot be turned on. The issue occurred after an extension lead connecting an outdoor projector was accidentally dragged into a puddle of water. The connection began smoking, and since then the power point has stopped working. Please provide: * A quote to inspect and repair or replace the external weatherproof power point. 2. Internal Double Power Point – Replacement An internal double power point also requires replacement. The on/off switch has broken off, making the power point unsafe to use. Note: don't need the additional point for the food incinerator as that's no longer connected

Internal Double Power Point – Replacement An internal double power point also requires replacement. The on/off switch has broken off, making the power point unsafe to use. Please include the replacement of this double power point as an additional cost (to consider if needed at this point)in the quote. Note: don't need the additional point for the food incinerator as that's no longer connected

I require an electrician to test a new PowerPoint for a new gas cook top pre install, and to check the power source for the new hood top is compliant.

We have a few issues with the exit report to our ex rental. The house is perfect but just needs touch ups. Needing a handyman with knowledge!! Mainly in the garage with small drywall repairs and patching. If you’re free this weekend off from your usual job and want extra cash - this is for you! We also have a dent in the garage door and if you know how to fix it we would be so appreciative!! Or any advice along the lines of what could be done or if nothing can be done (eg; needs replacing because of materials) A fan blade is bent - not sure it can be rectified without the purchase of a new fan (we think from cleaners when exit clean was performed but can’t prove) A drain cover needs replacing we just need to have it bought from Reece and installed. I am purchasing sauna and spa, sauna description says "Infrared panels plug into a 15A circuit while the stove requires hardwired installation by a licensed electrician on a 40A supply." This is hybrid sauna so this have infrared and traditional electric stove, spa need 10Amp circuit. I need kitchen light replacement too, only one light.

I have several small ceiling holes that need to be plastered prior to painting.

Needing wire balustrade and hardwood handrails installed. Bays between posts around 20m in length. Some small decking tasks to finish off deck also available, which includes some decking boards to lay, cladding to fix and deck facing. Please see photos. Needed to have 2 small ceiling sections plastered and small section of corner wall plastered before kitchen cupboards go in tomorrow. Need someone to complete this job ASAP please

we removed a 1.5 x 2.0m section of plasterboard to access pipes. we now need this replaced.. we have a new replacement sheet ready to be used ( or you can bring your own),. but have no tape, putty etc to prepare and fit the sheet back into the wall.
