Description ​Looking for a plasterer / painter to patch, sand, and paint a section of drywall where an old fitting/unit was removed. ​Job Details: ​Large Cutout: Approx. 25 cm (H) x 10 cm (W) / 10" x 4". Needs backing board/timber support, a plasterboard patch, joining compound, and smooth sanding. ​Small Holes: 3–4 small screw/anchor holes surrounding the main cutout need to be filled and sanded flush. ​Finishing: Sand smooth and paint the entire repaired area/wall section so it matches seamlessly with the surrounding white wall. ​Requirements: ​Please bring all required tools and materials.

Need the cracks on this interior plasterboard wall patched/repaired and ready to be repainted. Don't care if it's cut back and patched or if you replace the whole section of wall, as long as it is ready for painting and appears seamless and the repair work over cracks isn't visible. The section of wall is roughly 2300 x 900mm.

Needing some rendering of a block wall.

Kitchen completely( ignore the pay amount that will be discussed further) dismantled clean shell needs two small ceiling spaces and some around the edge for the wall to cover brick work. Need to top coat or fix the existing brick fencing rendering with another layer of render to smoothen/flatten the current finish that was poorly done as a DIY job.
