We have bought new ceiling fans and need someone to remove old ones and insert new ones. *can’t do weekends*

I need who can remove the old door and door frame and install new door + door frame + smart lock

I need my outside front passenger door handled fixed, will send photos for confirmation

Replace same shower screen as one removed, all holes already in the tiles

I have 4 X units and a exhaust fan I want to hang, I can assist but need experience in ensuring level and fixed to studs

Just moved in, found a hole in the shower base. The tile was there to cover it up and it looks like the last tenant tried to seal it off. The water goes straight into the soil it doesn’t look like they had anything else under the base either. Owner and real estate is taking months and can’t keep waiting any longer. Will need a quote and invoice at the end for reimbursement purposes with real estate. Tiled or new shower base. 86cm x83cm.

Fix garage inside roof plaster

A few of our ceiling fans make a ‘ticking’ noise when at a certain speed - would like someone to have a look and see if we can fix the noise as it’s too loud to sleep with. We have already tried to tighten and replace all screws. No idea on prices so open to suggestions

My garage door is making noise when opening and closing. It seems that some of the hinges may be loose or damaged. We previously attached a flat plate to secure the panel, but it appears to be coming loose again. I’m looking for someone with experience and knowledge in fixing garage doors to take a look and resolve the issue.

Blower vac three playgrounds. Paint 6 timber planter boxes and a timber garden bed (paint and brushes will be supplied). Assemble a couple of easy flat packs. Fix a small metal cabinet to a brick wall. Spray paint white inside 10 tyres. Take away all cardboard and rubbish removal. Blower vac large carpark. Take away a giant truck tyre. Might be a couple of other small easy things as well. The business is closed tomorrow and we will be there all day. Need the job done Sunday 25th May 2025 from 9 am. Probably about 5 hours work.

The door opens by pulling from the outside. A hinge is needed on the inside to prevent it from being pushed open from the outside.

Broken wall needs repair (plastering) and painting

we removed a 1.5 x 2.0m section of plasterboard to access pipes. we now need this replaced.. we have a new replacement sheet ready to be used ( or you can bring your own),. but have no tape, putty etc to prepare and fit the sheet back into the wall.

Replace old fan with new fan supplied by customer! Switch only has speed knob so isolating switch will need to be installed. Also require two electricity points in the room to be updated (will need this to be supplied and included in quote)
