Water near the floor has caused the wood inside to swell up, pushing the edge strip out of place. What needs doing: * Scrape/trim down the swollen wood so it’s flat again. * Glue and clamp the silver edge trim back into place (or replace it if needed) * Apply silicone/sealant around the bottom edge to stop water getting back in. Please bring your own tools, clamps, strong glue/epoxy, and waterproof silicone. Photos of the issue are attached.

Door needs repair. Glue the broken parts in and fill gaps. Once cured it needs sanding and then stain + seal.
