I need help with the following: • Install 2 heavy-duty anchor points under the fascia / rafter area on the house side. • The existing gutter anchors are too light-duty for a shade sail, so I would prefer proper heavy-duty anchors installed into the structural timber behind the fascia (rafter), not just the fascia board. The goal is to create strong anchor points for a shade sail. I already have the shade sail and will install it myself later, so this task is anchor installation only. Please prepare and bring suitable material, tools and fixings for outdoor installation.

You may need to bring additional accessories (turnbuckles, shackles, cable etc.) to tension the sail correctly.
