Glazier required to remove and reinstall bifolds. Subsills are leaking at edges. I have 3 bifolds on one level (1x 6 leaf, 2x 4 leaf), door brand unknown (shown in photos). They are bottom hung. On another level I have the same issue. x2 doors both 4 leaf and I'm told they are G James doors and top hung. There are also a few fixed panes that are also leaking on direct contact with water. I have a builder on call ready to remediate the framing, waterproof etc, but just need someone experienced to help remove the doors and reinstall afterwards.

We need a few things fixed around the house for example : water leak under kitchen sink, replace lock on garage to house entry door, replace exhaust fan in ensuite bathroom in main bedroom and a few other similar things . Need someone reliable, professional and reasonably priced
