Air conditioners cleaned inside 5. Air Conditioner remotes don't work 6. Kitchen tap needs to be tightened or replaced 7. The doggy door by the laundry back door is broken 8. The kitchen fly screen door won't open easily. It looks like the track is worn or the runners under the sliding door. Might need oil or something replaced 9.
