The Problem: - A bracket on the inside of the roller door mechanism has broken. - I have attached pictures showing the exact bracket and the extent of the damage. What Needs to be Done: - Supply a suitable replacement bracket. - Install the new bracket securely. -Perform a general inspection of the entire door mechanism. - Lubricate the tracks, springs, hinges, and any other moving parts that require oiling. - Test the door to ensure it opens and closes smoothly, safely, and without straining the motor. Looking for an experienced carpenter who can help replace and install 4 new internal doors. Don't have the doors yet, thinking HUME LIN1's, and swapping out hollow core doors with new timber/glass ones. All slightly different sizes, so will need good skills to make perfect. Can stain myself eventually, but we already have similar doors installed elsewhere and trying to match colour - so happy to discuss if thats something that can also be done. Early days, but happy to discuss a complete solution if you can supply the doors (or pickup)- but timber look is vital after staining and gloss coat - feature doors. Ideally someone who has done these sort of door swaps before and knows timber looks and can do a professional finish.

Hi, Looking for a handyperson to fix three door problems in our home — ideally done in the same visit. **Job 1 – Shower Glass Door – Hinge Replacement** • Frameless glass shower door with glass-to-glass hinges • The door makes a loud noise when opened fully and then closed • Hinges likely need to be replaced • No glass damage — purely a hinge issue **Job 2 – Sliding Security Screen Door Not Closing Properly** • Sliding security screen door (diamond mesh, black aluminium frame) • Door does not slide or close correctly on its track • May need roller replacement, track cleaning/adjustment, or realignment **Job 3 – Retractable Roller Fly Screen – Blocked/Jammed** • Retractable roller fly screen is completely stuck — will not roll up or down • Likely jammed in the track or spring mechanism needs repair/replacement All jobs are in the same property. Photos attached for all three. Please include your quote for all jobs together. Thank you!
