Find an experienced handyman in Thorneside

Supply & install 20mm (approx) caramel coloured “corner” edge timber (e.g. typically spotted gum, coach wood or messmate) for 3 rooms and 1 hallway to buffer new timber floor with wall. Large room dimensions: 8x9m & 2 bedrooms each 6m x 4m. Hallway 5m long so 10m in total. Need champion to measure edges at correct angles, cut and install with small nails. Pretty simple really.

Internal door has a hole, slightly bigger than a 50c piece. I need it filled, sanded and painted to match the door colour.

Plaster wall - I have a plaster piece, just need someone to cut and put into place. No painting required.

My Elderly Aunty has a kitchen mixer tap that I think has become loose, water flow is still ok, but need someone to go & tighten the mixer for her so she can use it without worrying(I assume it just needs tightening from underneath). This literally could be a 5 minute job. I will just need to coordinate a time for you to visit with her.

I need a baby gate installed, a small flatpack cupboard put together and mounted on the wall, and I need a curtain rod removed and a new one put in it's place. I have all of the materials except the fixings to attach the items to the wall.

Install a wall mounted clothesline onto freestanding legs. Clothesline & legs are supplied. Requires digging of 2 holes and to concrete legs into place. Solid perhaps excess concrete requested to be absolutely sure does not to move or lean in the future.

Attach to a outdoor deck . A folding arm awning 4m X 2.5m

Have got two brand new ceiling fans need installing. Because I am renting it needs to be qualified electricition or rental place wont allow

Reattach lattice Seal around window check roof for leak.

We need to plaster holes where curtain rod fell out and paint it.
