Task is to phone around and find me an identical laundry sink replacement. Item needs to be in stock and ready for collection by 3pm tomorrow. Measurements from edge of lip are as follows: 600mm long 500mm wide 250mm deep Stainless steel construction Sink must have holes for mixer and pipe placement. Task price is based on 2 hours work. $45 per hour. If you find one and willing to collect and deliver, additional $100 will be added to task price.

Handyman required for a few odds and ends eg: replacing toilet roll/hand towel holders (needs spring toggles), cut and replace end panels to outdoor cabinetry (easy access), replace a couple of light bulbs, trim one side of kichen cupboard by a cm to allow for correct sink bowl placement. Attach support to back of sink cupboard to allow for plumbing to be affixed. Must have all required tools (incl. table saw) and have experience in above.Apx 5hrs of work. $70 per hour.

I need the digitizer screen replaced which sits on top of the LCD unit in my Lexus IS250, 2008. This is a common fault in this model. The whole LCD unit needs to be taken out of the console to do the repair. About 2-4h labor depends on experience. I have the digitizer screen already.

Trim the bottom of a door to fit the new carpet

Provide and install 4 dynabolts (galvanised) 12mm x possibly 125mm length.
