Re-attach security bars to window (needs to be screwed into bricks).

Need someone to finish installing a blockout roller blind (Windoware Charm 210cm) in a bedroom window recess in Ascot, Brisbane. The blind is top-mounted (brackets screw into ceiling of the recess, behind existing venetian blinds). One bracket is already installed and working. The second bracket (chain mechanism side) needs to be secured. The recess ceiling has a steel lintel underneath the plaster, so the original screws don't grip. Wall plugs and larger screws are included with the blind kit. There are a few existing holes from failed attempts that may need to be worked around or filled. Once both brackets are up, the blind just needs to be clipped into the brackets and tested. The blind, all hardware, and a drill are on site. Should take 15-20 minutes for someone who knows what they're doing. Would like this done this afternoon if possible.

The zips on the blinds have fallen or broken. It needs to be fixed or replaced. There are 7 zips that need replacement.

2.1 meter length of corner plaster required to be installed. Tradies won’t come because it’s too small a job. Hopefully someone out there can help. No painting required. Install only.

Install 2 door stops. Drilling will be into concrete. Then other part will be into aluminium door frame. Door stops brought from bunnings. Shop located on racecourse road ascot.

I just need someone to please change my fly screen on one door

The porch ceiling has a gap that needs replacing and painting. The task is not an easy patch up as there is a lot of water damage and the timber in the balcony has started to rot. The gyprock is bowed and replacing it without replacing the timber framing won’t hold so it’s not a simple patch up job. In saying that, it’s not a large area.
