We need a shared power point to be installed for a gate-door. There are 4 units in the complex, I am not sure if there are cables ready for a shared power point but we need a proper normal power point so that the cables for the gate can connect to. Small cutout (and another minor hole) made to plasterboard on stairs behind railing during the repair of aircon system. We need this patched.

We have pulled cornice off units internals and have ceilings sorted. Now we need to fix the render (old white set) up to the ceiling areas to make square set. Also bathrooms to fix and make render smooth, level and suitable for tiler. Site inspection asap is best

Just purchased an apartment. We had to remove a built in bed. Which has exposed a brick wall. We require plastered to install a wall. Approx 2.5 x 3 m. Must have all equipment at Install. Must be available to start Tuesday morning as we move in Tuesday afternoon.

Paint three metal window awnings. These are on the second storey. Recently had these painted so there should be minimal prep work. Just looking to change the colour. You will need height access equipment; either a large ladder or a small boom lift. Any questions let me know.

Timber coat hook was removed from wall for painting. Now needs to be re-screwed into a rendered brick wall. Two screws only but believe would need plug etc.
