External wall joinery between two sheet needs proper seal as it’s letting water in

I have a Kings 270 awning that needs to have new holes drilled to mount three brackets to the awning that can then be mounted to the actual roof top tent. So you’ll have to drill new holes to do it and then bolt brackets on. Should take like 90 minutes and I’ll be here to help with attaching to the car. It’s just much more likely to get done if I pay somone 😂

I have 2 areas of wall plasterboard that need repairing. One from the removal of an intercom phone and the other from the removal of a wall mounted TV kit.

We need 4 ceilings patched up and painted once air conditioning units are removed needs to be done properly so it's not noticeable that it has been patched up. Can either be done on the 18th in the afternoon or the 19th morning. It must be finished by the 20th because no one will be home on the 21st

Looking for internal wall renderer to prepare wall for tiler and small area on ceiling

I have an infrared sauna that I need assembled. It comes as a flatpack as per the attached photographs. Needs two people as some parts are heavy. Obviously, I have all of the instructions. They say it can be done in under one hour. There is a set of shelves and a running machine that need to be moved a couple of metres to make room for the sauna. I need the rubbish and boxes removed as well.

Set and sand plaster ceiling patches

In order to facilitate the movement of electrical and allow clearance for pipes,I have to add strapping and new plasterboard to a couple of walls in my kitchen and dining room. Pictures below. I need the strapping installed new plasterboard and new cornice. Please send me a quote.
