My front gate is not closing properly. I think that there is something wrong with the top hinge. The gate is heavy and I think it has pulled the top hinge out of alignment.

I've attached some photos to illustrate how we would like the fence to return 90 degrees to cut across the patio, to create a more enclosed pool area, and provide us with a patio that doesn't need to be accessed via gate. Post holding sliding gate has been pushed and this has caused the bolts to be uplifted slightly (post is now on slight lean) Need bolts removed, apply concrete glue, then install new dynabolts so post is vertical so gate slides smoothly. You supply dynabolts and concrete glue

The hardware on my current gate has corroded and won’t self close. I am told it’s costly for that equipment. I am told would be cheaper to replace the glass gate and the panel beside that will house hinges. The. Install self closing hinges and a latch. Looking for stainless steel to match everything. The ground is undulated where the former concrete and wrought iron fence was removed.
