Take off current fence pailings and replace with new pailings. The joist will need to be moved lower and the fence post trimmed. New pailings to be the same height as neighbours. I have the pailings. We have three panels of fencing in the backyard that I think are abestos. One side has been sealed/painted. It's falling apart and away from the fence posts and I'd like it safely removed. Think it's under the 10sqm limit but would still need to be wrapped in thick plastic, etc. and want done properly. Tried to show in pictures but can take more if required. If you could also take away the rotted wooden posts and the standalone metal sheet, that'd be great too (don't think that one is abestos).
