The fence is quite old and badly rotted in sections, so I’m unsure whether it can be repaired or if a full replacement would be the better option. Front gate of house has wood rot and needs to be entirely replaced with hardwood gate of similar dimensions . Looking to replace wooden arbour + gate and possibly install a PIN code to enter depending on cost. Also have a few other jobs around the house (replacing section of balustrade on front deck, replacing back stair ballestrade x 2 and 2x posts) and replacing and sealing worn external weatherboards on street side of house around bathroom window and on rear of house.

Pine fence gate has wood root. Needs to be rebuilt in treated pine and painted like for like. Can use parts of old gate such as hinges and latch that are in good condition.

i require quotes to demolish and build new fences on a property . it is t be in three parts as explained in my correspondence. the project will be phased as well, side and rear fences are colorbond fences fixed to a timber framed as detailed on drawing, and front fence shall be PVC fixed to concrete block columns which will be built by others, although i require three separate quotes it will be preferrable to engage the services of one installer for the entire project. price is indicative only , to meet the needs of this task request
