This is a two part gate so to install a latch lock (keypad) I assume I will need to attach a plate to one gate to fix it in position. I'm looking for someone to weld a plate and also to install the keypad lock. I will supply the required materials, lock etc but you will need to bring the equipment to do the job. I live in a unit on the top floor. There's a hollow wall in my bedroom and mechanical noise coming every 30-45 minutes for 3-4 minutes. It's really loud. Possibly neighbours AC is broken. Or pump or I don't know what the hell it could be. My body corporate are a bunch of useless people and want me to hire a contractor to investigate the noise. I recorded a video. Metal gate may need to be twiked a little to be square. I have all of the materials. Note that you will need to cut the timber to correct height and cut half of the pailings with the v. 3.8m wide by 1.6m high.

Hi there, I need some assistance with various handyman tasks, including:- 1. Install coil gate spring on metal front gate and tighten latch with spanner (already purchased spring from bunnings - photos of gate and spring attached) 2. Repair rear door handle screw holes - the screw holes have worn out and are now too big for the screws. 3. Drill holes and install 6 x wardrobe knobs on 3 x Ikea Wardrobes. Apparently these units are prone to splitting when you drill holes if you don't take care. I have purchased new drill bits that can be used. It may need to be taped up to avoid splitting. 4. Tighten loose colonial door knob.
