Seeking a professional concreter for a path at the side of our house. The total area is 12.1m2. - salt and pepper Exposed aggregate concrete - seeking a fairly smooth finish for the kids in bare feet. - expansion joints required - Sloping away from house for rain run off. - finish flush up to level of the adjacent tiled slab - finish slope by to the garden drain and flush up to the drain. - I can give you a hand with removal of dirt to the required level. Please see pictures attached. It is the grassed area (including the area tiles under the barbecue- barbecue and tiles will be removed before commencement)

Site already Cleared – sleepers, steel posts, rails and pickets supplied (concrete mixer available) Stage (1) construct in a straight line, a base of three horizontal pine sleepers between short 75mm X 75mm hollow steel posts concreted and cut off at top of the third sleeper. There will be 9 or 10 posts @ 2.2mtr between posts. Stage (2) 2.4mtr x 75mm x 100mm treated pine posts recessed to 100mm (to suit aperture) and dropped into the top of the 75mm x 7mm5 hollow steel post, drilled and bolted. Stage (3) attach supplied 2.2mtr x 70mm x 35mm backer rails and 1.8mtr x 100m x15mm pickets (all treated pine) Notes. the fence is to be built 1mtr back from the existing front fence that will be demolished by the owner later, (or anytime as necessary) no trees in the newly established fence line.

The latch on the front gate has snapped off and needs to be replaced.
