Find an experienced handyman in Boondall

Hi - I was hoping it would be possible to get the toilet lid re-attached. All the parts are there, it just needs someone to reattach it. I've tried myself but I have been unsuccessful. I am located in Boondall (near the station). I do not thing this is a major job so hopefully it can be taken care of today (Fri). Images attached.

Ceiling fan sensor works fine as shown, with the fan beeping in response. However ceiling fan and room light does not operate irrespective of switch setting.
